Promotional video introduction for a real estate sale's presentation. The apartment building project is based in Santa Marta, a Colombian city by the Caribbean. This is a region full of mysticism and magic. Right by the sea, and close by the tropical forest, the project was inspired by the region’s rich biodiversity, and this was to be represented in the commissioned 30' animation.
