Concept: Mobile application destined for Vehicle Maintenance Work Shops. It manages the information workflow of every relevant task that takes place in the garage. Data capture begins by creating or loading existing records of a vehicle at reception, and continues all along the outlined service. Information about the vehicle, its repair and maintenance jobs, warranty details, insurance coverage and claims, repair costs and parts pricing, as well as the vehicle's owner data is updated in real-time using a PDA or any other mobile device. The information is available in real-time and it is ready to be used by integrating it with ERP, CRM and/ or Web technologies.
